Restoration (noun)
The process of repairing and preserving damaged books. This includes recovering loose pages, re-sewing or re-gluing them into the book structure, and potentially repairing or replacing the cover. The goal is to return the book to a functional and aesthetically pleasing condition while maintaining its original character as much as possible.
